University-Wide Faculty Committees
University-wide faculty committees concerning faculty members’ rights and responsibilities include:
Faculty Responsibilities Committee
The Faculty Responsibilities Committee (FRC) handles all allegations of faculty misconduct, including failures to fulfill a faculty responsibility (see the Faculty Responsibilities Code) which are outside Office for Equal Opportunity Compliance (OEOC) or Research Integrity Committee (RIC) jurisdiction. Separately, the FRC recommends sanctions to the Executive Vice President for findings by OEOC and RIC, but cannot overrule the findings of another office/committee.
